You may have accidentally claimed a home at the wrong address. To undo this, make sure you’re logged into your XeroHome account, and click the “My Claimed Homes” item from the “My XeroHome” menu in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
You will be taken to a section of your user profile called “My Claimed Homes.” Each tile represents a home that you have claimed. Click the “x” button in the upper righthand corner of the tile to unclaim a home. You will be prompted to make sure you really want to unclaim the home.
