How do I take a screenshot of my issue when submitting a ticket?

To submit a screenshot, click on the help widget that appears on the lower right corner of every XeroHome screen. Click "Customer Support" at the bottom and complete the required fields, including a description of your issue. Before submitting, click "Take Screenshot" at the bottom to let us see a snapshot of what you're seeing.
