Sometimes XeroHome's guesses about your home's construction and equipment won't match reality. Your recommendations will improve as you provide XeroHome with more accurate information about the state of your home. There are two main ways to do this:
- Click the “Improve Your Recommendations” button and complete the full questionnaire. You’ll also earn your green badge along the way.
- Once you have clicked on an upgrade arrow, select “CHANGE THIS ASSUMPTION” and answer the questions associated with the energy upgrade you’ve already completed.
Sometimes even if you have recently updated equipment, XeroHome may still recommend eventually replacing it with even more efficient options to achieve maximum savings.
